A shared practice with a focus on breath, movement and voice
I invite you to love yourself together in a space with other people and to touch yourself in a playful, curious and sensual way. The evening is a space to explore your sexual energy: on this solo sex journey, I will accompany you into your body, into moving, into feeling, into conscious breathing, into touching yourself and into sound. Together we will experience our sexual energy - moving away from a fast, tense, secret, goal-oriented satisfaction to a relaxed, sensual, playful, unintentional, flowing and free self-love. All emotions are welcome and you can be as naked as you like. Find your way to an embodied, self-loving and nourishing sexuality.
TARGET POPULATION
This workshop is aimed at people of all genders and ages.
Group size: from 3 - max. 12 people

20:00-20:15 | Welcome Circle
20:15-20:45 | Coming Into The Body / Embodiment Practice
20:45-22:15 | Individual Solo-Sex Practice
22:15-22:30 | Closing Circle
TO BRING
- Comfortable clothes for the start & arriving in the body, afterwards you can be as naked as you like.
- A large towel/sheet to lie on (approx. 160x200)
- A smaller towel/lunghi to cover/clothe yourself
- If desired: oil, lubricant, blindfold, ropes, feathers, toys etc.
